Description :

Sierra Pacific Flyfishers is a gregarious group of more than 200 talented and witty fly fishers who travel the globe (but mostly California) in search of FUN & BIG FISH. We always find the fun and sometimes even the big fish. (If we don't find big fish, we just make up li, i...I mean fish stories and say we did. That's part of the fun!)

SPFF is active in conservation and promotion of our sport through education, offering free classes in fly casting, fly tying and rod building. We organize numerous outings, both fresh and salt water, to diverse locations both near and far. We primarily enjoy fishing the lakes and streams of the Eastern Sierra and take pride in our Conservation efforts, particularly on our home waters of Piru Creek.
