I just got back from a trip to the East Walker and the fly that pulled the two big Browns I caught were on Caddis Larva.

Pictures soon, but they were simple. On a scud hook, the body was small wire wrapped from the tail to head in either copper or lime green. Then the head was a combination of green metallic thread and black tying thread twisted like a rope and wrapped to build the head.

Simple and very effective.
